Where Your Dog's Vacation Might Just Be Better Than Your Own
Our Palace
Our Palace is Bob Hersh's personal residence. They say a man's castle is his home. In this case, it is also home to all of our rescues. We are located in an unincorporated area near Palm Springs, CA, 8 minutes from Interstate 10. While chaperoned, which at least 16 hours per day (usually more), the dogs have free reign both inside and outside the Palace. Inside, there is lots of room for all to find a comfortable couch or corner. It is fully air conditioned for those hot desert summer days and heated for the very mild winter days. 2 of the 4.3 acres of land serve as the Palace's playground. It has a grassy area, lots of trees for shade and some wide open areas for running and ball and frisbee chasing. There is a 24' X 26' inground pool for those hot summer days. The water starts at 6 inches deep and goes to 5 feet deep. The pool is fenced and access is only permited when there is a lifeguard on duty. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here are some pictures of the Palace and playground.
