Scheduled Hours for Pick Up and Drop Off |
| I’m not a paperwork kind of dog (plus I don’t write so good),
so I told Bob we are going to charge ONE FLAT FEE for the whole cat and capoodle as long as you bring food!
There are no extra charges for nightly treats or administering medicines

We do everything by appointment only and we ask that you be on time or let us know you're running
either early or late. It helps makes your dog's arrival a lot easier if we are prepared.

Rates for stays of more than 21 days can be negotiated. Stays over Thanksgiving and Christmas must be prepaid. Cancellations
for those two time periods are fully refundable if made two weeks before the holiday. Cancellations made within a week of the holiday
are not refundable. Cancellations made within those two time frames will be refunded if another reservation replaces lost days.

Hours are not necessarily hard and fast. Sometimes normal activities scheduled are cancelled
and sometimes additional activities or emergencies override times advertised. Whenever possible, pick ups or drop offs during unscheduled
hours will be accomodated, just ask. Pick up's after 6 P.M. are never guaranteed, but if I am home and
you call, they can be arranged.
