Bob is going to be buying houses in Desert Hot Springs, CA to rent to dog owners. He understands that in these trying times, people with dogs are losing their homes and because they have dogs will have a harder time finding homes to rent. Our first unit will be closing around the first of September, 2011 and will be located at 13100 Calle Amapola. The house is about 1300 sq. ft. and is fenced and is dog friendly. The back yard will have a grassy area for the dog.

Repairs need to be done and the house should be ready to rent around the end of September, 2011. Pictures will be available after repairs are made. If you or anyone else is interested, please contact Bob Hersh at 760-409-9226.
